本文是“滚齿加工误差分析与检验组”一文的第三部分。这部分的主要内容是分析与研究滚齿加工时产生切向误差(亦称运动偏心)的原因,切向误差的特征,切向误差与检验项目的关系、数学模型等。     

赫尔德对启蒙理性的反思

启蒙思想家们无限夸大理性的作用,把理性看成是万能的,从而压制了不同群体的天然差别。赫尔德对启蒙理性主义进行反思并发动了浪漫主义运动。他强调个体性,认为每个个体都具有特殊性、变动性、多元性、不确定性和无规律性,这自然就和理性的普遍性、不变性、一元性、确定性和规律性形成根本对立。     

Dual long-memory, structural breaks and the link between turnover and the range-based volatility

This paper investigates the issue of temporal ordering of the range-based volatility and turnover volume in the Korean market for the period 1995–2005. We examine the dynamics of the two variables and their respective uncertainties using a bivariate dual long-memory model. We distinguish volume trading before the Asia financial crisis from trading after the crisis. We find that the apparent long-memory in the variables is quite resistant to the presence of breaks. However, when we take into account structural breaks the order of integration of the conditional variance series decreases considerably. Moreover, the impact of foreign volume on volatility is negative in the pre-crisis period but turns to positive after the crisis. This result is consistent with the view that foreign purchases tend to lower volatility in emerging markets—especially in the first few years after market liberalization when foreigners are buying into local markets—whereas foreign sales increase volatility. Before the crisis there is no causal effect for domestic volume on volatility whereas in the post-crisis period total and domestic volumes affect volatility positively. The former result is in line with the theoretical underpinnings that predict that trading within domestic investor groups does not affect volatility. The latter result is consistent with the theoretical argument that the positive relation between the two variables is driven by the uninformed general public.

运动体间关联性遵循的规律——“α角规律”理论

通过对探求天体作用光所遵循的规律的讨论得出一条重要的客观规律,即"α角规律"理论。该理论对研究宇宙性问题和运动体间的关联性具有普遍适用性。依据该理论,详细探讨了以下问题:(1)光速C的界阈与自由程;(2)天体特性;(3)宇宙形;(4)运动体间相互作用的规律;(5)时空运行与天体的关系。     

Why Are Quit Rates Lower Among Defense Contractors?

This paper presents empirical evidence of lower quit rates at small manufacturers with defense contracts and examines whether this is associated with differences in their human resource policies and organizational practices and strategies. We take advantage of an original data set to compare labor quits, workforce skills, and occupational structure between defense‐contracting and noncontracting small manufacturers in eastern Pennsylvania. We find that the remarkably large defense contractor advantage in quit rates—7 percentage points—is almost totally explained by differences in skills, operational strategies, and workforce management and training practices, suggesting a mediation effect through these HR practices. Defense‐contracting status emerges as an important overlooked variable in HRM studies.     

Customer participation and citizenship behavioral influences on employee performance, satisfaction, commitment, and turnover intention

Despite increasing awareness of the importance of customer behaviors in service delivery, understanding consequences relating to employees receives little attention. Therefore, using data from a large electronic firm relating to customers, employees, and managers, this study examines the effects of customer participation and citizenship behavior on employee performance, satisfaction and commitment, as well as indirect effects on turnover intention. Furthermore, the study examines how similarity and likeability moderate the effects of customer participation and citizenship behavior on employee satisfaction. The study also includes a laboratory experiment and provides further support for causal direction. The article discusses marketing implications of the results.     

社区居民“整体搬迁”模式对生态旅游景区管理的影响——以新疆喀纳斯生态旅游景区为例

自然保护区内少数民族原住民是旅游大社区中的一个群体,其旅游参与内容及深度对旅游发展有重要影响。国内一些生态旅游景区在开发中采取了原住民整体搬迁模式。以新疆喀纳斯生态旅游景区为例的调查研究发现,此种搬迁模式下的原住民旅游参与方式与内容,对景区可持续发展产生了严重的消极影响。如游客管理疏导不力,游程不畅,削弱了景区市场营销的优势,抑制了景区环境管理的力量,降低了景区旅游供需调节能力等。     

Consumer transactions with SMEs: implications for consumer scholars

Historically, the consumer movement has defined business as big business. This paper proposes that we shift the focus to consumer transactions with small‐ and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs). After SMEs are defined, facts about the realities of SMEs are used as stepping stones to develop the idea that consumer interactions with SMEs are different than those with large firms and merit the attention of consumer scholars. Thirteen recommendations are tendered for future research including rethinking our traditional approach to consumer behaviour theory, consumer policy, and consumer movement theory.
